Abstract Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa (ITHB) is the newest institute which concern in Telematic academic area. ITHB which located in Bandung where represent capital of west java province. ITHB should always strive to better serve the needs of its people especially in academic. The following report details an Information Systems (I.S.) strategic plan for ITHB. When applied, it will allow ITHB to better serve its people, and thus realize its strategic and corporate goals. The framework used to derive the I.S. plan is the stages of IT growth in organizations (Sutherland & Gallier’s, 1989) approach. This approach assists ITHB to find out the advantages and what should to increases, and from the analysis undertaken, gives the recommendation in every stage of this approach to bring ITHB into better organizational performance in the future.
